Alice Hsieh is a Brazilian architect based in both London, UK and Valencia, Spain. She has a wide range of experience from the education and healthcare sectors with a focus on sustainability. As architect for C.F. Møller Architects, one of Scandinavia’s leading architectural firms, she managed the team to deliver the design for NHS new psychiatry hospital, based on the concept of evidence-based architecture to provide therapeutic surroundings and wellbeing for users of Forensic, OCD, Older Age services and the university.
Today, Alice Hsieh dedicates her time in strengthening the community of female architects and poets. She delivers free or low-cost workshops for female architects on topics such as CV hacks for Brazilian female architects living in the UK, network events and also poetry writing hours for women.
Her objective is to remove the barriers for women in the job industry, so there is more female representation in top leadership positions.
